“I couldn't recommend Winter and Son Roofing highly enough! We had an emergency with our roof leaking during some really wet weather on a Saturday, and they went above and beyond to come and help us out. They quickly assessed the problem, sourced a tile we had onsite and replaced it on the roof, and thankfully the leaked stopped straight away. We also had our switchboard checked and received some helpful advice around the electricity and making sure we didn't turn the light on until everything had dried out properly. What we really appreciate was that they took the time to explain the condition of our roof and gave us honest, practical recommendations about what may need attention in the future. They were professional, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful, especially considering it was a weekend and such poor weather. Thank you so much for coming to our rescue! We really appreciate the excellent service and definitely recommend them to anyone needing a roofer!”

“Talk about efficiency! I phoned at 11am on Saturday, after discovering we had a leak. They sent a quote within 30 mins, and were up on my roof by 3pm. By 4pm, not only was the leak fixed, they had sent me through a roof report, and a quote for the permanent repairs. They have a few crews, and are supported by a very efficient team back in the office. Could not recommend more.”

“I gave Rick a call at 2pm on a very wet Friday afternoon when I found I had an internal waterfall due to a broken tile on my roof. By 6pm he had delivered a lift for access to the roof, managed to obtain spare roofing tiles, and replaced the broken tile to make my house watertight again. Not only that, but he'd done a full drone assessment of the roof and pointed out other areas with issues, not in an up sell, but in a helpful, friendly, no pressure manner.”

Within minutes he had an overhead view of my property on Google earth and was planning a temporary fix until we could source materials and complete a significant repair. He agreed to come the following day and make it at least waterproof in the meantime. They turned a very stressful situation into something much better. “Winter And Son Roofing replaced the roof on our house in burnside about 3 months ago and things didn't go exactly to plan. Once sections of roof had been removed, there was a substantial amount of rotten wood that was found. Just to make things worse there's a massive wood shortage so I was understandably a bit anxious about rain that was forecast overnight. It's when things don't go to plan when a lot of other companies would off fallen short but the excellent communication from Winter And Son Roofing was amazing. They somehow got the needed wood, they were very clear with the extra cost, didn't charge a massive amount for the extra work and they also worked till after 7pm to ensure they had the roof watertight before the rain hit. We honestly can't speak highly enough of these guys!”
