We recommend roof maintenance at the beginning of winter. By then the leaves are off the trees, so the valleys and the guttering can be emptied and left clear for another 12 months.
A maintenance slot clears material and debris from valley flashings, other flashings, and the roof so water can flow correctly. The time slot is one hour, including travel time. It includes sealant and replacement of up to 20 screws, and a basic report with pictures of the work that was completed. Maintenance is booked between 8am and 5pm.

- What if water is coming in right now?
- Call 027 826 4970. The aim of an emergency call-out is to stop water getting into the building. If we can complete a permanent repair on that visit, we do. If the weather or the fault means a lasting repair has to wait, we still stop the water before we leave, even when the cover is short-term.
