I gave Rick a call at 2pm on a very wet Friday afternoon when I found I had an internal waterfall due to a broken tile on my roof. By 6pm he had delivered a lift for access to the roof, managed to obtain spare roofing tiles, and replaced the broken tile to make my house watertight again. Not only that, but he'd done a full drone assessment of the roof and pointed out other areas with issues, not in an up sell, but in a helpful, friendly, no pressure manner.

Good and honest advice was given and I was shown where the issues were that needed resolved and options available. A quote for potential work was sent within 15mins of visiting. I spoke to blair and he said he could have guys at my place within an hour and sure enough they turned up exactly as scheduled and the guys were friendly and efficient throughout the emergency roof repair. Communication was clear and they explained every step, which made me feel confident in their workmanship. The guys kept the site clean and left everything spotless after the work was done. I had some storm damage to my roof meaning that water was running through the ceiling inside. I called and spoke to Rick who couldn’t have been more helpful. Within minutes he had an overhead view of my property on Google earth and was planning a temporary fix until we could source materials and complete a significant repair. He agreed to come the following day and make it at least waterproof in the meantime. They turned a very stressful situation into something much better. I am in St Albans Christchurch and would thoroughly recommend this company.
